What’s New?

Happy fall everyone, here are some things that have been done over the summer: 1) Replaced the air conditioner in the clubhouse 2) Replaced all the doors and windows in the clubhouse 3) Had the painters come back to touch up the paint in the clubhouse and paint the doors 4) Had the pavers fixed around the storage door to the clubhouse 5) Pool area: had the tiles replaced around the pool that were missing or broken 6) Replaced the signs in the pool area 7) Replaced signs at both entrances 8) Replace lanyard on flagpole 9) Dead brush was removed, new bushes planted, and trees trimmed 10) Had painters touch up every building, where they missed when they painted last year 11) After a suggestion from an owner: put up doors around each dumpster 12) Looking into having the carpets cleaned on the stairs and entrances to each unit, and having new mulch put down this October or November
