The finance committee reports directly to the Treasurer. The role of the finance subcommittee is primarily to act as a tool for research, study and to advise. They also help provide financial oversight for the community.

The primary function of building and maintenance committee is to assist the Board of Directors and Property Management Company by researching, proposing and suggesting ways to preserve, maintain and enhance the natural beauty and buildings in our common areas. Co-chairs Phil Slater and Jerry Hughbright. Each Wednesday at 9 am residents are invited to meet at the clubhouse to participate in small cleaning and maintenance projects. All welcome.

This committee plans and implements events and social gatherings-Advises the HOA board and other committees on social issues and concerns. Meetings will be posted. Volunteers needed and welcome. Please contact the committee chair if you wish to join or volunteer for the scheduled event.
